Principal:
Jim Smith
James Smith has over 17 years of experience in architecture and community development. He was the founding member and principal of Smiths LLC, and was co-founder of Agency for Architecture in 1997. His previous experience includes roles as project manager, job captain and designer with David Owen Tryba Architects; Davis Partnership Architects, P.C.; Michael Brendle Architects; and the Colorado Center for Community Development. Mr. Smith has a broad range of experience in projects: office, historic preservation, commercial and residential. He has served on the faculty at the University of Colorado at Denver Master of Architecture Program, and remains active with the university as a critic.
